Following an IPO (initial public offering), the price of the newly issued stock can move significantly, so it’s especially important to remember The Stash Way.
The more the merrier—boost the party power to increase the split pot and your award.
Parties change all the time. We announce every party stock on Twitter, so follow @Stash to stay in the know.
Sometimes you can even vote on upcoming parties—keep an eye out for #StashStockParty on Twitter only.
By attending a Stash Stock Party, Stashers can get pieces of offered stock(s). The amount of stock depends on the amount of people that attend the Stock Party—the more people that show up, the bigger the split prize pot (and your share of it) ultimately grows. To join a party, just visit this page (party.stash.com) on the party day, log in, and tap Claim stock. If you’re not a Stasher, you can reserve your stock with just your email address. Then, follow the instructions to complete your Stash account and claim your stock!
To be eligible to receive a Stock Reward you must open a personal investment account advised by Stash that is in good standing with a valid email address. This program is subject to Terms and Conditions.
Every Stash Stock Party features “party levels”, which are defined by a certain threshold of party attendees. The more people that attend a Stock Party, the higher the party level reached—and the larger the Stock Party split prize pot gets for everyone.*
The more people that attend a Stock Party, the larger the potential prize gets. Put out the word to your friends!
Stash’s mission is to make personal finance a source of hope, not fear.
Unlike a lot of financial companies, we’re here to help you build strong habits and hit financial goals. That’s why we’ve built Stash into an all-in-one financial home that uses advice and technology to help anyone create a better life—no matter their network or net worth.
To fulfill our mission, we’re focused on four major issues: predatory hidden fees, lack of financial education, intentional complexity, and unfair barriers to entry.
Stash can give you everything you need to manage your money and get more out of your paycheck. Here’s how Stash works.
1. Answer a few questions
When you first join Stash, we’ll get to know you by asking some questions. These help us understand your financial goals and provide you with useful advice for everything from budgeting to investing.
2. Pick a plan
Then, you’ll pick your subscription plan, starting at just $1/month.†
With Stash, you always get access to investing with a personal brokerage account, online banking1, budgeting and saving tools, the Stock-Back® Card, and advice and education. Depending on the plan you choose, you can also add a retirement account (IRA) and custodial investment accounts for kids.
3. Add money to Stash
You can add money to Stash in two ways: direct deposit with early payday3 or link another bank to make recurring or one-time transfers.
5. Invest in fractional shares
Once you’ve added cash to invest, you can immediately start investing in fractional shares of thousands of stocks and ETFs with $1 or less. Stash is built for long-term investing, not day-trading, so we only trade during four trading windows every day. (Note: Availability of trading windows is dependent on market conditions and may be subject to limitations.)
6. Earn stock rewards
Spend with your virtual or physical Stock-Back® Card to start earning pieces of stock from Stash as rewards for your everyday spending.
From your investments to your cash, you can feel confident in the security of your money on Stash.
Stash uses cutting-edge security features.
Stash works to keep your spending safe and secure.
